• November 4th & 5th 2005: With outreach on our minds - we partnered with IMC6 & Shasta Foods to create a Diwali Movie Event distributing free sweets & informational fliers.
• May 7th 2005: With the grand success of Galaata '04, we've decided to up the ante for Galaata 2005. Tamil film star Madhavan (aka Maddy) graciously accepted to be the guest of honour!!!

• Oct 17th 2004: Crazy Mohan dramas Maadhu Mirandal and Crazy Ghost.
• September 24th and 25th 2004: Rahasiya Snehidiye by Naatak. Proceeds benefited Udavum Karangal.
• April 10th 2004: Galaata SpringFEST 2004 was a stupendous success. We had over 1,000 people during the whole day of fun and festivities.
• March 21st 2004: Maya by Krea Creations. Proceeds benefited Udavum Karangal.

• Sept 2-4th 2003: Mr. Vidyakar (Udavum Karangal's founder) visited the Bay Area. Vidyakar
• August 9th, 2003: A'shore productions Bravely fought the Queen. Thanks to our volunteers for helping A'shore.
• August 3rd, 2003: BATM presents Muthamizh Vizha with Solomon Pappiah. We generated a good buzz about Udavum Karangal in the bay area. And our food stall was a complete hit!
• June 27th to 29th, 2003: Our first event; Where there's a will by Naatak - a sellout success!!! Thanks to our tireless volunteers for making our first event a huge success.
